Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

Through the contact form: name, WhatsApp number, email, topic of interest, city and when you are thinking of having surgery. We do not ask for documents or health information beyond the topic you choose. If you click WhatsApp, the conversation happens in that app, which has its own policy.

What we use it for

Only for our team to contact you and book your consultation. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use the form to send advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (LGPD, art. 7, I, and art. 11, I, since the topic of interest may reveal health information). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who the data is shared with

Data sent through the form is emailed to the patient care team. For this we use Cloudflare’s infrastructure (hosting, bot protection and email delivery) and the team’s email service. They act as processors and only handle the data for these purposes. The website does not store your data in a database.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to assist you and then for [to be confirmed], after which it is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager) are only enabled if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you click "Decline", the site works normally without them. We only store your theme, language and cookie choices in your browser.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability and information about sharing, and you may withdraw consent (LGPD, art. 18). Just write to the contact above. You may also contact Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), server-side validation and bot protection. No system is infallible, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
