Why natural results never go out of style, in Dr. Ivan’s words.

What would you like to take care of?

Every body needs its own plan. Pick a topic to learn more, or send your question straight to our team.

Breast

Breast lift with or without implants, replacing older implants, and reduction. Questions such as breastfeeding and implant lifespan are covered in the consultation.

Safety starts before surgery day

Fear of anesthesia, of doing everything at once, of an artificial look: all of it is discussed before any decision.

  1. Assessment

An unhurried consultation to understand what you want, examine you and explain what is possible in your case.

  2. Planning

Tests, a clinical review and a clear limit for combined procedures. If stages are safer, we split it into stages.

  3. Surgery

In a hospital, with an anesthesiologist by your side from start to finish.

  4. Recovery

Scheduled follow-ups and a direct line to the team for post-op questions.

About Dr. Ivan

He then trained in oncologic reconstructive microsurgery at Erasto Gaertner Hospital in Curitiba. Questions we hear every day

General answers. Only a consultation defines what applies to your case.

Can I breastfeed after breast implants?

In general, implants do not prevent breastfeeding. Technique and placement matter, so this is part of planning your surgery.

How often do implants need to be replaced?

There is no single deadline. Regular follow-up with imaging shows whether and when replacement makes sense.

Can I have several procedures at once?

Sometimes, yes, but there is a safe limit of operating time and treated areas. When a plan goes beyond it, it is split into stages.

I am afraid of anesthesia. How does it work?

You talk to the anesthesiologist beforehand, and they stay with you through the whole surgery. The type of anesthesia is chosen for the procedure and for your health.

I lost a lot of weight. When can I treat the excess skin?

Ideally, your weight should be stable for a few months. In the consultation we review your overall health and the best order for each area.
